Joel is a qualified carpenter with over 13 years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial construction. He began his career as a labourer and apprentice carpenter, completing his qualification with a strong focus on commercial demolition and fit-outs.

He has also spent two years working as a FIFO carpenter, gaining broad experience in concreting, formwork, machine operation, and camp refurbishments. In recent years, Joel has developed a strong interest in ceiling repairs, gyprock installation, and flushing — areas where he now has the majority of his hands-on experience. He is also highly experienced in room demolition and repair work.

Outside of work, Joel is married and a proud father of two boys. He’s a big sports enthusiast with a particular love for AFL, soccer, and golf. When he’s not on site, you’ll often find him at the beach in the early morning, cappuccino in hand — a routine that reflects his grounded, down-to-earth approach both on and off the job.
